How can I reserve an apartment?
-You should choose the apartment you like on our web-site. Write us an e-mail, indicating the apartment You’ve chosen, the information about Yourself and about Your coming here. Indicate an arrival time to the airport, the railroad station or bus station, No. of your flight and other necessary information. After checking whether the apartment You want is free, we will let You know about the situation. If the chosen apartment is occupied we offer you several alternative variants. In some cases You have to make a pre-payment before Your arrival in order to keep the reservation. As soon as the money is received, we send You the confirmation of Your reservation. 

 



Is it possible to rent the apartment for one day? One month?
- Our agency specializes on short- and long-term rent. However, we must warn about the difference in prices, as one and the same apartment might cost differently, depending on how many nights You plan to stay there. 

 



Why is it necessary to make a pre-payment?What is the procedure? Will the deposit be retured in case I do not arriive or there are changes in my flight?
- Sometimes it is necesary to make a pre-payment in order to keep the reservation. It is usually done in order to guarantee that You will take the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your reservation, you have to inform the Agency by e-mail, phone or any other available way. You have to make sure that the Agency received your cancellation request, otherwise there might be problems processing your refund.

To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be sent 72 hours (minimum) prior your check-in day. If the cancellation request is received in less than 72 hours prior your check-in day, the pre-payment (deposit) is not returned.

In case you miss your train/plane/bus etc, the fee for the first night must be paid anyway.

 

 

What is a Security Deposit and why it is needed?

- A security deposit is a certain amount of money (usually 100 EUR) that serves the owner as a guarantee that you will not make any damage to the apartment. The deposit is returned to you on the day of your check-out.

 



Is it possible to change the date of the arrival?
- Your pre-payment is a guarantee of the arrival at a specified time. In case of changing the date of arrival, the pre-payment won’t be returned. You should make the second reservation for another period of time with a repeated pre-payment for the same or another apartment.

 



What time should I check-in or check-out?
- Usually there is no specified time for Your checking-in or checking-out. Although there are some limitations:

CHECK-IN

EARLY: In 99% cases you can check-in at any time of the day or night. But sometimes, when there is a client in the apartment before you, please note that the usual check-out time for everyone is 12:00, therefore, you might have to wait approx. an hour or two after 12:00 in order for the cleaning to be completed. But in this case you can always leave your bags in the apartment after the previous clients leave at 12 and just go out and have a nice cup of coffee in one of many cafes of Riga.

LATE: If your flight arrives late in the evening, there is an additional charge for the late check-in service. But as long as you come to the apartment until 20:00 (8pm) there is no additional charge. If you check-in between 20:00-23:00 the additional charge is 15 Euro, but if you plan on arriving after 23:00 the additional charge is 25 Euro.

 

CHECK-OUT

EARLY: If you plan to check-out before 8:30 in the morning there is an additional charge of 10 euro.

LATE: The usual check-out time is 12:00. But in case if there is no one checking in into your apartment on the day of your departure, you can stay there until 17:30, or if you would like to stay longer (21:00 the latest) the additional charge is 15 euro. But please remember: late check-out is ONLY possible if there is no client coming after you.



Whether my friend or I can look at the apartment before I reserve it?
- We do not allow Your friends or representatives to look at the apartments before Your arrival as we have no such opportunity. All our apartments are usually occupied everyday. And we cannot show You any of the apartments when other clients live there. You can reserve the apartment You liked, by looking at its digital photos on our web-site. If for any reasons You do not like the apartment reserved for you, we can change that for one that suits you on the next day of your staying. However, we do not guarantee that the daily price will remain the same. 

 



What services are included in the price for rent?
- The price for the rent usually covers only Your stay, including clean bed-linen, towels, electricity, utilities, cable TV. Additional services (cleaning of the apartment, Internet connection etc) are paid separately. 
* in case of any extra payment You will be warned in advance. 

 



How and where I can get the keys?
- You get the keys on the day you check-in. Our representative will wait for you in the apartment at a fixed time in order to give you the keys and to show You the apartment. 

 



Can you provide me with a meeting at the airport (at the station) and transportation to the apartment?
- Yes, we have such service (See “Services").

 



Will I have an access to the Internet in an apartment?
- Some of the apartments have Internet access, some do not. However, if You plan a long-term rent, it is possible to connect Internet to almost any of the apartments. 

 



Can I change the apartment if I don’t like the chosen one?
- If for any reason You do not like the apartment, we will provide You with another one the next day after your arrival. 

 



If I have to leave the apartment earlier the scheduled day, will I get the refund for the days I did not use the apartment?
- No, unfortunately the money is not refundable. As the apartment was reserved for you for a certain period of time, in case of refund our agency incurs losses

 



How can I get back the forgotten things from the apartment?
- If You have forgotten things in the apartment – You have to inform our manager at once. If Your things have really been left in the apartment, and not lost by you earlier - we shall keep them until your next arrival or we shall send them to You by post (all expenses are covered by You)
