When you have finally decided on the apartment you would like to have, just fill in the form and send it to us.  
 

• As soon as we receive your request, we will inform if the apartment you are interested in is available. If not, we will offer you other apartments that are available at the moment when we receive your request. We cannot guarantee that when you answer the same apartments will still be available, as many reservations are made every hour.

• When you confirm the reservation, we send you the details of our bank account and you have to make a pre-payment for the apartment (usually not more than the price of a one night stay). As soon as we receive the money, the reservation is complete. Due to some dishonest clients, who book the apartment and then do not show up on the day, without canceling the reservation or informing about changing their minds, no reservations are made without a pre-payment. Making the pre-payment is completely safe, as our agency is officially registered as "City Style LLC" in the Republic of Latvia, and so are all the details of our bank. We care for our reputation and we care for our client's needs.

• For most of the apartments we require a safety deposit of 100 EUR. The safety deposit is paid on the day of your checking in and returned to you on the check-out (if the apartment is undamaged).
