• When you have finally decided on the apartment you would like to have, just fill in the form and send it to us.
  
   

• As soon as we receive your request, we will inform if the apartment you are interested in is available. If not, we will offer you other apartments that are available at the moment when we receive your request. We cannot guarantee that when you answer the same apartments will still be available, as many reservations are made every hour.

 

• Cancellation Policy

  In order to cancel your reservation, you have to inform the Agency by e-mail, phone or any other available way. You have to make sure that the Agency received your cancellation request, otherwise there might be problems processing your refund.

  To receive a full refund, a cancellation request must be sent 72 hours (minimum) prior your check-in day. If the cancellation request is received in less than 72 hours prior your check-in day, the pre-payment (deposit) is not returned.

   In case you miss your train/plane/bus etc, the fee for the first night must be paid anyway.
  
   

• For most of the apartments a safety deposit of 100 EUR is required. The safety deposit is paid on the day of your checking in and returned to you on the check-out (on the terms that the apartment is undamaged).
